The Public Service Commission comprises the office of the Permanent Secretary and five (5) divisions namely;

  1. Policy Development,
  2. Service Delivery and Facilitation,
  3. Training,
  4. Corporate Services and
  5. Office Accommodation and Government Housing. 

Under the current PSC restructure, the organisation aims to improve work efficiency and simplify client interaction with the Commission.
The shift focuses from processing towards policy development, compliance, monitoring and evaluation.Also customer services are given a top priority in the new Structure.

The Permanent Secretary is responsible to the Prime Minister and Minister for Public Service. In his capacity as Permanent Secretary, he carries the additional role of Secretary to the Commission.
