Case Tracker

The Case Traking System is currently under construction !

This facility is for Public Service Commission's use only.

The Case Traking System was designed with the view to improve on attending to issues submitted to the Commission by Government and non Government Agencies.

This is a tool to improve on our work and hopefully, on the overall efficiency of the PSC. For the software to be effective all the staff at the Commission needs to fully utilize this facility and follow the standard Guideline/Procedure.

REGISTRY CASE TRACKING PROCEDURE/GUIDE

Only SPS, DSPS and Directors will determine whether such correspondence is to be treated a case and to be entered in to the system.

The System Registry Clerks will be the only group allowed in entering the cases in to the Case Tracking System.

The CASE ID provided by the system to be printed on the physical copy of the case.

Any officer who receives a case notification is personally responsible for the case and is required to search for the physical copy of the case. Before re-assigning or solving any case, you are required to comprehensively comment on the note section.

All memorandums to any agency regarding a case must contain a CASE ID reference for any further dailogue.

All Officers are required to browse their to do list on the system every day to check all the cases assigned to them.

All Officers with pending cases are required to comment on the note section to ensure that supervising officers are informed on the progress of their case.

Any resolve cases to be submitted back to the registry with notes to close or on resolve status until further notice with bring back date entered.

All officers to use the system to check and update their password.

All passwords are confidential and no one is to give his/her password. MIS Systems manager will not be responsible for any changes made in the system regarding the case.

All reports will be submitted to only Divisions/Units Head when requested by them.

A Systems Registry Clerk is any Officer who submits cases including all the Secretaries.

All Registry Clerk are to ensure that resolve cases must have a flimsy soft copy attachment to the case.
