REMOVAL OF PUBLIC SERVICE APPEALS BOARD AND IT'S EFFECT ON PENDING PROVISIONAL PROMOTION CASES

PSC Circular 23/2009 on Delegation of Powers is an extension of the State Service Decree No. 6/2009.

The latter is explicitly clear on the removal of the Public Service Appeals Board which has become law from April 10th 2009.
