PSC Case Tracking System

The Public Service Commission has launched a CASE Tracking Management System on the 22nd of June, 2009. Case Tracking System keeps track of all inward correspondence coming from PSC clients (Ministries / Departments, Individuals, other entities).

All correspondence will be registered (online registration) in Registry before it is assigned to HOD (Head of Divisions / Sections) for actions or reassignment to respective managers or desk officers. Each line of action(s) has to be entered in the Case Tracking.

At the same time CASE will be able to cluster and analyze different type of cases workflow in respect to time.  The real time reporting also enables management to enquire line of actions on case basis within their respective Divisions / Sections.

Case Tracking Management System can only be accessed within the GOVNET Local Area Network (LAN).
